Letting Off Steam

Maggie, the huntress,  was stalking something in the backyard.  Perhaps a lizard,  frog, or mole?  A snake would not be so good.  One evening they almost chased a snake into our sunroom.

They were left alone inside for five hours today.  I’m sure they needed to let off some steam outside.

One of the neighbors is working across the street.  It’s reason enough for Max to bark.  Maggie, still outside, scratched on the back door to be let in.  One can’t bark alone, it seems.  I’m sure they did a good job barking in my absence.
